A 35 minute drive away from the centre of Tallinn, we welcome you to a historic and romantic castle,
away from the noisy city and surrounded by bird song and wonder.
In a cozy candle-lit atmoshpere Laitse Castle awaits with delicious meals and warm service. Welcome!
Depending on the size of your event and your personal preferations, you can choose from different halls.
The Golden Hall - With a cozy atmosphere, the Golden Hall is on the first floor and can seat up to 40 people behind a long wooden table. The hall also has a big south facing balcony, where you can marvel at the fireworks on your big day or enjoy a warm cup of coffee the next morning. You have a direct entrance to the piano parlor from the hall, which is mostly used as a dance hall.
Big courtyard hall - with a slight italian style qourtyard, this big hall can fit up to 100 guests. The courtyard is a perfect place to serve welcome drinks, greet your guests and maybe later dance to a band.
Castle park - In the castle park / back yard we have thrown grand parties for 200 people.
Our studio kitchen on the 1st floor is
often used for buffet breakfasts or midnight snacks during big parties. You may also use this kitchen when you bring your own catering.
On the cellar floor you’ll find a Finnish sauna complex with a jacuzzi and a lounge area, with a door leading straight to the castle’s back yard. Altogether it fits up to 14 people. The beer there is cold and the löyly is hot.
In the castle park you’ll see the castle’s White Chapel: the first post-soviet privately owned chapel,
opened to the public, which with its modest interior and incredible acoustics is perfect for a private
concert venue, besides being meant for wedding ceremonies. It can fit up to 60 people.
We’ve been catering to parties with our own cooks for a quarter century now. For group feasts we offer menus customly designed for everyone’s wishes We also have long lasting contacts from wedding hosts to decorators, from photographers to hair-and-makeup artists, from wedding bands to bakers.
